Recipe Rated Four and a Half Stars

Linda C Veneta, OR

“This is a classic and has gone to many potlucks! You can add any layer you like according to your families preferences. Use reduced fat mayo or try a layer of yogurt sweetened with a little honey. Add some flavorings to create a ranch type dressing. The possibilities are endless but it is always fresh, crisp and inviting. ”
